From a Caterpillar to a Butterfly
The garden was overgrown--
A caterpillar's luxurious haven,
A breeding ground for weeds,
And a place for crows to peck...
Where beauty and opportunity lie
Disaster and ruin plant their seeds;
So the caterpillar must take cover
Enjoy the moment, seize the day
Forage for it's vital needs
For eventually it must go away,
Wrap up in its warm cocoon
Nourish itself until it grows wings...
One day a haven becomes a home
Danger exists in the grit of dirt
But the butterfly flies above the weeds.
