Fade away,
Words, images, thoughts, and feelings
they drift away
In the coming Sun...
Their creativity,
Washed away in fire burning hot
and a desire
To reclaim this story
Overwhelms me--
A falling star
shooting across the sky
A brilliant rainbow
begins but never ends,
And somewhere in the distance
this fading image
waits for me.
